Hospitality Transition Support Scheme Now Open for Applications
21 June 2021
Applications are open for the Hospitality Transition Support Scheme, which provides financial support to the Island’s Hospitality and Catering sectors, in light of the impact of ongoing border restrictions introduced in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Hospitality Transition Support Scheme offers eligible businesses and self-employed persons a single grant payment equivalent to the value of three years’ rates associated with their commercial premises. To be eligible, applicants must declare that their turnover has been materially impacted by at least 25% over the course of the pandemic.
Facilitated by the Economic Recovery Group, the Hospitality Transition Support Scheme has been designed to support businesses and self-employed individuals operating in the Hospitality and Catering sectors, throughout the months of June, July and August 2021 as the Island transitions through the easing of border restrictions.
Applications opened today (Friday 18th June 2021), and will close on Friday 30th July 2021 at 17:00.
