This month, the Isle of Man Aircraft Registry has been awarded Best Global Aircraft Registry 2020 by World Commerce Review.
World Commerce Review, a global trade platform and publication, promotes globalisation and supports some of the world’s leading business and political organisations.
2020 will be the third year in a row the Aircraft Registry has won the award. The publication awarded the title to the Registry based on the team’s attention to detail, dedication, focus and the excellent customer service.
The news follows a highly successful year for the Aircraft Registry, having already won several industry awards throughout 2019. Earlier this year, the Registry won the European Business Aviation Association award for ‘Outstanding Professionalism’ in recognition of the professionalism of the Aircraft Registry team and also saw the Director of Civil Aviation being appointed Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
Simon William’s, Director of Civil Aviation for the Isle of Man Aircraft Registry, commented:
‘The Isle of Man Aircraft Registry team are delighted to be awarded the title of Best Global Aviation Registry 2020, this win encapsulates the Registry’s core motto of ‘Safety with Service’ and principles of facilitating high regulatory standards whilst delivering excellent customer service. This is further demonstration that we are delivering on my vision that the Isle of Man becomes an international Aviation Centre of Excellence, enabling the wider aviation business community to flourish and grow on Island.’
The Isle of Man Aircraft Registry has grown to become the world’s 6th largest private/corporate Business Aviation register, whilst maintaining the highest relevant aviation regulatory safety standards.
